Box sizes are aligned with mailing and parcel box brackets, similar to BX4/BXP4 A3‑style cartons. Our A3 mailing box compatible carton helps you stay within size and weight guidelines for Parcel Post and Express services.
How it works
- Packaging engineers design a box layout in CAD around the product dimensions and required features (locks, windows, inserts, display panels).
- A steel‑rule die is built to match this layout and mounted on a die‑cutting press.
- Printed or plain cardboard sheets are fed through the press, where the die cuts the outline and creases fold lines in one pass.
- Waste is stripped away, leaving flat die‑cut blanks that are shipped flat and later folded into finished boxes at packing.
